For days by the sea, you’re spoilt for choice with beautiful beaches nearby – Trevone Bay (2.5 miles) and Harlyn Bay (4 miles) are ideal for swimming and sandcastle building, while Polzeath (15 miles) is a favourite for surfing. Take in the dramatic views at the iconic Bedruthan Steps or head to Port Isaac (15.5 miles), recognisable from Doc Martin and the Fisherman’s Friends films.

Enter the handy porch attached to the hallway of this charming retreat. To your right, you’ll find a lounge, perfect for curling up with a good book after a day of exploring. The spacious, open-plan kitchen/diner is the hub of the home, boasting a well-equipped kitchen, a large Smart TV, and patio doors that open directly onto the sunny outdoor seating area. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms: a master with a sumptuous super-king-size bed, a stylish double, and a fun bunk room that children will love, along with a family bathroom for freshening up after your adventures.

Outside, a raised decked terrace offers a lovely setting for morning coffees or evening drinks. Spend time together in the summer house/games room for a bit of friendly competition. Parking is available on the road on a first-come, first-served basis, with plenty of streets around the property to choose from.
