«We ate at the Barley Room Pub. It was a festive atmosphere. The staff are full of personality, courteous and helpful--they really make the experience. The room, had some unvacuumed dust under the beds, but the great price for the room and at the restaurant make any minor inconveniences well worth it. »

«This is an OUTSTANDING inn. It is the epitomy of hospitality where your every need is addressed and it is beautifully presented as what I think is a little version of Downton Abbey! It's cozy, warm, welcoming, and my room had a very thoughtful approach to everything I would need to make my stay comfortable with an excellent lighting plan, ample room to charge devices, wonderful bedding and towels and thoughtful ammenities in the bathroom.
