«We booked this for our stay during my son’s Dreams Park Tournament. The location was perfect with an easy, quick drive to and from the park and restaurants. The setup was perfect with a master that had its own bathroom for my wife and me and an attached separate bedroom for my other two kids. «This was an absolute gem of a property - it's even nicer than the photos. It's very open and airy, a lot of space for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. The pups appreciated having the big open space to run and play outside - we brought a tether along and strapped it to a sturdy tree while they ran about. The view from out back at sunset is stellar, and the property is private while still being a short drive to some of the great spots to see in the area!»

House was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Right on the river and has a dock so we did a little fishing. You can rent kayaks at shop down street if you want. Would highly recommend staying here if your child is playing at either Dreams park ( 10 min drive) or ASV.»

«This property was convenient for our purposes. We had some difficulty finding and turning on lights inside and the living room lights did not give us enough light to read. Many bulbs were burned out both on the porch string and in the kitchen. «This property was perfect for our getaway. We booked the house to blend a visit to Cooperstown with some lakeside down time. We were not disappointed. The property was pristinely clean upon arrival and offered everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention the View. It's hard to tear your eyes away from the lake. Kitchen was incredible as we took advantage of the grill and kitchen amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Great dining room and common area to hang out as a family. «Dan was a wonderful host. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he came out within the hour to check on it and even brought a replacement unit in case he couldn't fix the one that was there. The house has 3 bathrooms and was perfect for 3 families to share; each bathroom has nearby bedrooms/space. The 3 twin bed room is great for older siblings as there is a "den" area in the room and gives them a separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed our time in Cooperstown! »

«We just stayed there for CASV week 11 (7/31-8/6/24) with two other families (5 adults and 3 kids) while our boys enjoyed the week at CASV. The property was very clean, comfortable and only about 8 minutes from CASV so going back and forth was a breeze, especially for a 1:45am game!!! The rooms are good in size, beds are very comfortable and location is great. Highly recommend to any families attending CASV and wanting to be close to the facility without compromising space, comfort or location!»
