"Rommet var rent og pent og det kom nye håndklær hver dag og man kunne be om ekstra renhold om ønskelig. Basseng/boblebad var ikke åpent pga sesongen men veldig fin utsikt over byen. Bar/restaurant hadde god mat og mye å velge mellom. Fikk også en velkomstdrink. "

"Lovely hotel which is located halfway between Shin-Osaka and Namba as well as from 17th floor and up to 31st floor. Beautiful view of the city both during the day and night. You have a Japanese bath (nude entrance) on the 31st floor with a endless pool. Of course men and women are separate. Good breakfast and access to a lounge is or included or could be purchased. Recommended "

"Very nice hotel, conveniently located close to Hommachi station. Very useful when arriving in Osaka with Shinkansen and when going to Expo. "

"I can truly recommend this hotel. It is located just a few minutes walk from the Higobashi metro stop. Very easy connextion from Kansai airport with a quick change from the Nankai airport express at Namba Station to the Yotsubashi metro line. Exit the Higobashi station at exit number 2, walk across the bridge and turn left in front of the Condrad. The hotel is located 100 meters down the street. Room on premium floors are spacious and very comfortable. Great aircondition, wonderful bed, amazing amenities in the bathroom. Room was very clean! NB: the hotel provides smoking rooms so make sure to book a non-smoking room if you don't care for the smell of cigarette. A very nice onsen is located on the 16th floor and is free of charge for hotel guests. There is also a lounge for premium room guests where they can enjoy refreshments, beer, wine and snacks in the evening. Staff is corteous and very service minded. Great customer experience! This is absolutely a great choice for a stay in central Osaka with good value for money. Highly recommended! "
