«Very spacious living space, wonder couch that everyone could fit around, nice that it had two separate rooms. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful stay.»

«I had a room with two twin beds on the 16th floor of the hotel. From the room, The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated and the view was spectacular. We had 2 sinks and plenty of counterspace. The toilet, sink areas and shower/bath were all separated, so it made it easy when both of us needed to get ready. The reception/check in counter were very professional, friendly and helpful with information. The only strangeness is that there are two elevators when you try to get to your room, ...

«The St Regis Osaka is a truly marvelous luxury hotel, with excellent service. I stayed here only one night before my flight back to Europe, but I will definitely consider the St Regis during my next visit to Osaka. The only drawback is that the neighborhood is rather dull, with mostly offices. That is however a minor issue since the hotel is just next to the Hommachi subway station, and only a few stops away from major shopping, bar and restaurant districts like Namba, Shinsaibashi and Umeda.»

«Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!»

«Stayed for 26 nights in this newly refurbished hotel. Staff were very friendly and the free light breakfast was a welcomed treat (although very limited). Luggage space under the bed was very helpful for our long stay, meaning all 4 large suitcases were completely out of the way making a small room feel comfortable. Many thanks!»

«We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people.»

«Quiet great hotel at Kita area. Close to subway and restaurants near Umeda station. Our room was great and had a great view towards the river. Room was also very clean and staff was very nice and helpfull. I recommend this hotel if you are going to Osaka .»

«The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. »

«We always felt like the most important thing for all the employees was for us to enjoy our stay the maximum amount. We were afraid to feel out of place as such a beautiful hotel but this was only before we arrived. They were also really helpful with accommodating for vegetarian restrictions at their restaurants. Breakfast was also the best we have had in Japan. Both for a vegetarian and a meat eater. »

«Perfect location of this hotel.»

«Excellent service and wonderful property.»

«Store gode rom i et fint strøk. Fikk oppgradert rom ged ankomst, veldig hyggelig overraskelse. God frokost .Eneste som trekker ned er lite utvalg i kaffe ved frokost og ansattes engelskkunnskaper. Flott opphold!»
