This apartamento is on the 3rd floor and is in a very quiet neighborhood at the edge of the Zapote district. «We stayed for six weeks in this beautiful mountainside property. It was exactly what we wanted - restful and relaxing. The property is at the top of a steep hill and is somewhat isolated so a car is required. We did not intend to travel around very much and were happy to take up Vera's offer to rent their car now and again. It worked very well for us. «Great property. This is an old, rambling house set like a grand matron in a beautiful park-like setting. The house is 'venerable', and in need of updates and cleaning. But it's rustic and open to nature. It's huge with 5 different bedrooms and lots of beds. About an hour away from SJ Airport, and downtown SJ, and some sites. But 3 or more hours away from major attractions. So great for large family/friends get togethers, but not necessarily for CR's touristy hot spots.»

«Wow, what an incredible slice of heaven. Feels like you’re a million miles away from civilization. Waking up to the sounds of the birds in the morning, dinner with Gregory (host) and sitting on the porch in the evening were highlights of the stay.
