Great location near all the parks. Nice home and community for my family to stay in. For 5 adult aged folks and one preteen, the rooms / bathrooms were on the smaller side but other wise the house was is good shape and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, great appliances, and the theater room was amazing! Very clean, comfortable beds. We appreciated all the available technology and streaming apps, the automatic dimmer lights. The ice machine was a big hit! Our host was responsive when we needed to make some last minute parking arrangements. Would definitely highly recommend and stay again.

Amazing House and great Host

First of all, the host was very helpful from the moment we booked our stay and during our stay. The house has everythin that one might need (laundry, great kitchen to cook in, the pool, tbe tvs with netflix and disney and the gaming room. On top of that, everything is close within a mile (walmart, mcdonalds, gift shops, etc). Would highly recommend.

Best Location !

We have stayed in Windsor Hills several times, and it is the most convenient location to the Disney Parks unless you stay at a hotel on the monorail. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The game room was extremely impressive. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely LOVED our time at this home. First of all, it was immaculate! The cleanest rental house I've ever stayed at. Furniture, beds, and pillows were all comfy too! It had all of the essentials we needed...plus more! The game room, pool & hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The community pool with the water park was tons of fun. The communication with the owners was outstanding! Easy checkout process too! We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Orlando! Highly recommend!

Home is even better than we expected

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of eight: Two adult couples and four children from ages 10 to 1 1⁄2 as we stayed here for 10 nights. This home was perfect for us. The two adults couples were able to sleep in the very comfortable king sized beds while the young ones all had their own twin bed. Each bedroom, as represented in the diagram and pictures, has a connecting bathroom. The game room in the converted garage was awesome as the kids never tired of the games as there were so many choices and even the adults played a few games. This home is very convenient to the Disney parks. It took us only 15 minutes from leaving the property to exiting the car at any of the Disney parks and we did them all. As other mentioned, there is a Walmart that is very close by and you pass each time you visit Disney. The children loved the pool and even though it has salt water, to them and us as well, you could not tell any difference. Only issue to be aware of is the sparseness of household items as there is only a small salt & pepper shaker, small dish soap, two dishwasher pods for 10 days, very small hand soap in each bathroom and no shampoo or conditioner. So, just be prepared to buy what you need for your stay.I have rented through VBRO maybe 15 times or more in many countries and this owner, Tom, is at the top of the list as he was extremely communitive and helpful. When an issue with the batteries with the TV remotes died, he reacted quickly as he expressed mailed a package that was delivered the next day. We considered staying at a different property due to this home being more money but we were so glad we choice to stay here as there were so many positives: Location, pool, game room, bedrooms, large TV’s and helpful owner.

We arrived the day after Hurricane Milton, and despite the circumstances, our arrival was smooth, thanks to Tom, the owner. Tom kept us informed about the post-hurricane conditions and the minor damage to the pool screen had already been repaired by the time we arrived. This level of communication and preparedness was genuinely comforting.During our stay, a couple of minor issues cropped up, but Tom was exceptionally responsive. He resolved them very quickly, ensuring that our holiday was as stress-free as possible. His attentiveness made all the difference and truly highlighted his commitment to providing a great guest experience.The villa itself was nothing short of fantastic. Its location within the Windsor Hills estate was perfect—offering both convenience and tranquility. Windsor Hills is a superb estate, and we were thrilled with the overall ambiance.One of the personal highlights for me was the Star Wars pinball machine! It added a fun and nostalgic touch to our stay. The villa was well-appointed with excellent internet connectivity, and every TV came equipped with an Amazon Firestick.The pool was another standout feature. It was simply amazing, offering a wonderful place to relax and unwind. With the lake at the back and bushes on either side, the pool area felt very private, adding to the serene and luxurious atmosphere.In summary, we loved our stay at the villa in Windsor Hills, Kissimmee. The combination of Tom's exceptional service, the villa's amenities, and the fantastic location made for an unforgettable holiday. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kissimmee.

It has a perfect layout for everyone. The bedrooms each have a en suite bath with comfortable beds and thoughtful furnishings. The relaxing sofa and the super easy to use Large TV in the living room was our go to hub after visiting all the varies attractions in the area. Which really are a super short drive away. On the days we wanted to chill out, we spent in the lovely screened in lanai, swimming in the pool, watching TV or just enjoying the scenic view. I AM the chief cook and bottle washer in the family and I found the kitchen to be spacious and easy to use.. And if that wasn't enough the HUGE theater/ game room was a blast. The TV, theater seating, games and ambience was also a perfect place to kick back. Thank you Tom for your warm welcome. We would love to vacation here again and again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay at this wonderful villa was our fifth and we are already looking forward to many more in the years ahead. We have stayed in many resorts in the Kissimmee area over the last thirty plus years but when we discovered Windsor Hills about fifteen years ago, we knew we had found the best the area has to offer. The community itself is beautifully kept and the relatively recent addition of the large water park was a delight to our grandchildren who came to visit us.The villa itself sits on the best location within the entire resort. Its south-facing pool is bathed in Florida sunshine all day long (although you can retreat to the shade whenever you wish). It is a very short stroll to the main resort pool and water park.The owner Tom, has wasted nothing in providing his guests with luxury accommodation at every turn. Top notch appliances and superior electronics make your stay care free. The furniture and fixtures are upscale and the beds are very top quality.You can spend your days in the parks that are a short drive away and your evenings enjoying the spa on the pool deck or alternatively relaxing in the reclining loungers in the theatre room being entertained over multiple television and movie platforms by a huge television and theatre quality sound. The kids can entertain themselves with pinball, a multicade or X-box.Perhaps most appreciated is Tom’s quick and thorough response to visitors’ needs as they inevitably arise. He is truly there to make your visit as pleasant as can be. He provides truly exceptional service to his guests.We can’t wait for our next visit to this vacation gem!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Windsor in the past but never this home but we decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did! The layout is phenomenal, we all had our own space but also so many places to congregate as a family. I love the open concept kitchen/dining/living room, we were all able to feel included no matter what we were doing. The location of the home in the resort is by far the best, so close to the club house and a great view of the pond. The home was equipped with everything we needed and/or wanted. Tom was great at communicating everything prior to our arrival. Make the reservation you won’t regret it!!!
