Max of 6 adults/children allowed due to fire code. Additional guests will not be allowed. The Ring at the front door will be monitored and anyone breaking this rule will be removed with no refund

No pets allowed. Only owners are allowed pets at Caribe Cove. Any guests caught breaking this By-law will be fined by Caribe Cove. The booking will be cancelled immediately with no refund and you will incur an additioned deep cleaning fee.
*Only service dogs permitted. Proof of registration and up to date vaccines have to be provided*
*Emotional pet does not qualify under service pets as per By-law*

No BBQ's on balconies permitted due to fire hazard. Charcoal BBQ's provided near the club house outside or between building 4 and 5 at the rear of the complex

Any damages need to be reported immediately. The condo is inspected after each checkout and anything broken or missing will be reported to VRBO. You will get charged for the item/s plus any additional costs incurred to replace them.

If at any time you break any rules especially safety or by laws you will have your booking cancelled with no refund.

Please note: Elevators- we are not responsible for inoperative, malfunctioning or faulty elevators. This is out of our control however there are 2 staircases for access.
