First time in Orlando

Nice little apartment for 1 to 3 guests. Close to shopping, restaurants entertainment.

Parking was accessible and the WiFi was reliable. The only complaint I have was the dish washer did not work properly. Otherwise, I had a positive experience.

Late Christmas Celebration

Spartan in terms of kitchen stuff (pans, spatula, wine glasses, coffee filters. Bedroom closet needs a pole upon which guests can hang clothes. A dresser would also be a good thing In general, accommodation was very acceptable and hosts were very friendly.

Clean, brand new, centrally located

Check-in was seamless and we had a great stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. The finishings are brand new (especially the bathroom) and everything is quite comfortable. When we were there, cookwear and kitchen accessory items were on the minimalist side, but that makes sense since it's a newer place. That said, the appliances are all great and we had everything we needed. The location is awesome; there's a great grocery store within walking distance and restaurants too. Walking up the steps for a dip in the spa/hot tub is a nice bonus. We would definitely come back!

I rarely leave reviews this negative, but this stay in Orlando near the Mills District was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had. The pillows smelled musty and unpleasant — honestly like an old funeral home or heavily neglected property. The closet doors didn’t function properly, the shower drain dis not drained at all, and despite reporting it, the issue was never fixed during the stay. Outside the property there was even a cardboard setup that appeared to be used by a homeless person for sleeping, which completely changed the feeling of safety and comfort around the house. The listing and location gave the impression of a nice area, but the actual experience felt more like staying in a neglected crack house hidden inside a decent neighborhood. I would never stay here again, and I honestly wouldn’t even feel comfortable bringing my dog to sleep here.

Disappointing

The apartment had a mildew/damp smell as soon as we opened the door and did not subside with AC and fans. The towels were clean but stained and the bathroom rug was also stained or dirty. Both of which were very off putting. The furnishings were minimal and the bed was comfortable enough. The sofa bed was actually a futon and wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. We’re not sure if it converted into a bed but it seemed smaller than a double sofa bed described in the overview. We know the futon was brand new because the box was laying on the grassy area in front of the apartment during our stay. The property was close to our friend’s house and we were able to bring our dog, which we appreciated. While the apartment was cheaper than staying in a local hotel, we will stay in a hotel next time.
