Wonderful Home and neighborhood

While we didn’t spend much time there because we spent most of our time at the parks. We felt safe and the location was very convenient to the Disney Bubble. We look forward to reserving again in the future.

Great location

Overall it was great except for a few small issues. Half the toaster didnt work, upstairs sinks clogged, tv remotes didnt work, air conditioner in theater didnt work. The house is beautiful and a perfect location with kids. The resort is also beautiful.

Overall great

The house layout was perfect for our staff in town for work. We loved the media room and pool area. Overall house was clean, however there were several Palmetto bugs in the house. We requested the house was sprayed. Communication with the host was difficult at times due to the weekend hours. With that said, the house was very nice, updated and in a great location. Other than the bugs and slow at times communication we would certainly stay here in the future.

First Family Disney Trip

The property was just as advertised and we really enjoyed the amenities. The only thing we struggled with was the kitchen was lacking in supplies. There weren’t many cooking utensils/dishes but we made it work.

Disney Vacation

A great house, in a great community with pool/splash pad and clubhouse etc. very close proximity to all Disney parks as well as shopping/dining etc. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Great house close to Disney

The house was spacious, nicely decorated, gave us all the room and amenities our family of 8 wanted. Loved the pool and proximity to Disney, restaurants, and shopping.

Disney Daze Villa.

The Villa itself was great but things are looking a bit tired and dated. The beds were nice and clean but the property cleaning could be better. When looking for childrens missing toys we found lots of dust and dirt underneath all furniture in every room. The biggest problem for us was the pool area, which unfortunately had two large sections of the screen missing due to the recent hurricane. This meant that we couldn't use the pool area for 12 of our 14 day stay due to the amount of insects in there, and it took numerous expensive phone calls and texts to get the issue resolved. However, the pool screening still has a number of gaps that need to be repaired, and the screen framework has corroded away at ground level in at least one place leaving a hole for insects etc to get in.

Worst property that I have rented in Windsor Hills and I have rented several

1st, after notifying the management company via email before the trip that the paperwork we were sent had the wrong date. I was emailed back from Michelle telling me that we are all set for our check-in date August 14th. Guess what? We get to the check-in gate and are not on the list and were told to notify the person we rented from. Then it being Sunday, you have to leave a message and wait for a callback, now mind you, we have traveled from Michigan, kids want out of the car, utilize facilities, etc. After 30 minutes, I received a call from Lisa, and she said that I wa supposed to check in on the 17th I said NO, and I told the person the paperwork was wrong and was told that it was all set. She then tells me she has to call me back. She calls back and apologized and said that we are now on the list; the house was clean but has not been inspected. I said thank you. We got to the house, but obviously it was not inspected because there was no toilet paper in any bathrooms, no soap, and no paper towels, which are supposed to have 1 of each in every bathroom. I know that I supply my own after the 1st set. I've rented several homes. Then when I open the refrigerator and it was filthy, we had to scrub it out ourselves. One of the bathrooms had a cabinet door coming off, the air conditioner in the game room was not working, there were loos cabinets under the sink and the garbage disposal did not work. The WiFi login I was given did not work. I again called and left a message and did not hear back until the next day. Things were dropped off while we're not there which was fine and they gave the updated WiFi login. However that evening we came home to a palmetto bug which I know is pretty common in FL and most homes are sprayed for them. It was 1 so I, got rid of it and tried to calm the kids down. But then the next night we came home, and there were more, again after hours had to call and leave a message. Never heard back, so I called that morning because at this point the whole family was freaking out over these bugs. They did send someone out a few hours later to spray and take care of the repairs that I reported when I first got there. We were hoping after that we would not need to call again, unfortunately, on Friday the air in the game room turned to heat, called that morning, and call again Saturday and Monday. Now mind you it is hot in FL so no air in the game room/laundry room made it so you could not utilize it, finally Tuesday it was fixed.

JULY 2022. DIRTY. £700 extra for pool heat & bbq. MANAGEMENT AWFUL.

Unfortunately, not a great review. Inside the house was okay. It was tired but fine. Loo roll holders hanging off and dated interior. The main issue was the cleanliness and management of the house. The bedlinen in the downstairs rooms was dirty and had dust and body hairs on.. and when we asked for clean sheets they dropped them in a bag by the front door and said ‘the housekeeping didn’t have time to change them’. On our first night the air con was broken and we had to have it fixed at 10pm at night. The house didn’t smell clean and the pool cage has loads of holes in it so we had spiders and worms in the pool everyday and lizards and squirrels inside the pool cage everyday. Wasn’t very safe for the children. There are snakes which is normal but it makes you feel uneasy when you have so many holes in the cage.. The management company you deal with were so so unhelpful. The manager Lisa ignored me and then I asked to speak to the owner and they said no. They then said for me to heat the pool for 2 weeks and rent the bbq it would be $700 when our friends in the same street had theirs thrown in for free. Just disappointing when you look forward to a holiday so much.

Great house with pool and theater!

House was as promised. Clean, plenty of kitchenware for cooking, lots of space, loved the two master bedrooms. Pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day and the kids loved the theater. Would definitely stay again.

Great house!

This house was immaculate! It has more than enough supplies for our group. The house is decorated nicely, very modern and clean! Bonus with no carpeting and leather furniture. The rental company was very easy to reach. We would definitely return! The only issue we had were the flies in the pool area. We purchased some raid and took care of most of them, but repairs to the screening would likely take care of the issue. Overall one of the best properties I have stayed in orlando!

Beautiful house and neighborhood

The house was very nice. The owner definitely put some nice furnishing in it. The kids enjoyed the movie room. We did have some issues during our stay. There were some things in the house that were broke (couple handles, shower shelf, vanity in bathroom), a lot of screens (9) were torn in the pool area, air conditioner filter unit in the movie room was filthy, the pool spa did not really work, it barely blew bubbles and had no pressure. The other issue was the grill that was supposed to be there on Sunday (day of check in) didn’t show up until Wednesday around 2pm after I called Lisa (villa direct) Sunday-Wednesday. They did prorate the grill and gave me a small amount back but I was more frustrated in the fact that it altered my meal plans for multiple days and we ended up wasting food. Villa direct did send someone to remove the broken shelf in the shower, clean the ac, and by the end of our trip the screens were fixed. It wouldn’t have been as big of an issue if we didn’t have a raccoon in there multiple times and a snake. Lol. I tried to call 3 times early Saturday (the morning of checkout)to ask if I could get or pay for a slightly later checkout as I was trying to get 4 kids and an infant packed up and out after a week stay. I never received any return call from the management company. The housekeeping gentleman was also sitting outside at 9:20am (checkout is 10) which is kind of awkward if you’re packing your car up with your family. Overall…. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay (even with the few issues), the house has a great location to Disney world and the other parks, Walmart, places to eat and more. The community has very nice amenities. I feel my issues were more with the management company than the property. No regrets on the property. I Would stay again

March Vacation

Overall the place was as described and was excellent. Made note to the management of minor repairs that needed to be done (i.e lights outs in pool, screen repair, hall light, etc) and they fixed as necessary. We had a great stay and welcomed the warm pool during the colder days. Recommend getting the heat if you are staying when weather is below 80 degrees. Also recommend that if you notice something is out like the lights you let them know immediately as they may not be aware of those types of things. Would recommend staying there to friends and will likely stay again some day.

Exactly what we needed

Overall great stay. The jacuzzi was not really hot but it was good enough. Each bathroom came with 1 roll of toilet paper, which for a family of 8 was not enough but there was a Walmart nearby so no big deal. The alarm went off twice which scared the crap out of us since it was out the blue but they provided us with the code ahead of time so it wasn't a problem. I would definitely recommend this property for a family with kids. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

Lovely home away from home

This home was just lovely, had every amenity one could ask for. The location was great too, just a short drive to Disney, Universal, Outlet Mall, and the airport. There is a huge 24-hour Walmart Super Store just around the corner for groceries and other sundries needed. Our pool was clean and warm...the complex’s water park was also a lot of fun. I wish we had longer to enjoy all our rental had to offer. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean and comfortable. A nice quiet neighborhood great for families.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. We felt at home there. The community pool was fun to visit with music and a small bar/grill. It was a little hard to find a chair, so arrive early. We enjoyed time at the basketball ball courts. Very nice sidewalks for walking and parks. Kids enjoyed the game room in the garage.

Just what our family was looking for

The accommodations were beautiful and the decor mimicked the style of our home (We even have some of the same items) so we felt very comfortable. The game room was fun but the air hockey table was unsteady so we were afraid to play on it. The game room also has a washer and dryer that are VERY outdated. The washer bangs and moves along the floor - we only had 4 towels in the machine. There is a separate thermostat and water heater upstairs so its nice and cool upstairs. The beds were comfortable and showers/ tubs worked well. The pool and spa were perfect. The neighborhood is incredibly secure and theres a fun water park as well.
