Avslutning på tour de 2023
Dette hotellet er midt i blinken for familier med barn opp til tenåringer. Flott basseng området for de minste og de halvstore barna. Fint med bar og matmuligheter rundt bassenget. Det ligger greit til i Orlando området, med kort tid til Disney, Flyplass og Universial. Butikker, outlet og mye i området rundt ( 10-15 min kjøring til mye tilbud). Rommene er litt utaderte etterhvert og kunne nok fått en liten shine. Vi bodde her i 2008 og i 2023 og det var et hyggelig gjennsyn.

Når vi hadde en bestilling på 2 rom, og det ble betalt med samme kredittkort, også får vi rom helt på motsatt side av hverandre, altså i 2 forskjellige blokker som er plassert langt fra hverandre. I tillegg var ikke rommet klart kl 16. Jeg skulle få sms når den var klar, men det fikk jeg heller ikke. Og rommet var klart kl 17.30. Så da fikk vi ikke tid til å bade i badeanlegget denne dagen heller, for det stengte kl. 18. I tillegg var det hår i dusjen. Så vet ikke om den forsinkelsen de mente var rengjøring av rommet egentlig er innenfor å si når rengjøring ikke var gjort godt nok... Harde og knirkete senger og sovesofa, og et bråkete kjøleskap. Prøvde å bytte rom, men de sa det var fult, vel... det vsr flere tomme hotellrom som vi så på siden av begge rommene jeg hadde bestilt. Området utenfor er reint og greit, litt lite sitteplasser rundt bassenget og kaldt vann i bassengene. Vet ikke om jeg ønsker å reise hit igjen.

Can’t drink near the pool. The life guards spend more time monitoring how close the drinks are to the pool than they do watching for ppl drowning. Very obnoxious! Great slides for the kids. We had an updated room. It was clean.

Had a great stay. The construction outside makes it a little tricky to get in and out but that was minor. Staff was friendly, grounds kept up, room was nice…furniture could definitely be replaced, that wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially families. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved the access to the water park, fishing, mini golf, playground, and a slew of other activities that they have throughout the day, each day. I will say though, the rooms are dated and need some enhancing, other than that, it's perfect for families.

This is my 2nd time staying. I was not impressed the first time, however this property and service has made a complete 180 since being bought by Hilton. My only complaint is that paint was chipping in the bathtub which gave the appearance of being dirty. Other than that, I will definitely be returning.

We loved separate bathrooms and bedrooms, along with the full kitchen and washer/dryer combo. We also enjoyed the waterpark and the pool. This property has so many amenities, and nice staff every where you turn. Only thing we wished they would add is hooks in the bathrooms for your towels.

This is our third time at this hotel. First two times is was a Liki Tiki, even when I booked it this time it was Liki Tiki. The transition hasn't stopped the quality of service. Some things not working properly as they get transitioned. The only down side abput the Hilton transitions is I'm sure we wont be able to afford it next time.

This was my 5th stay and as always everything was amazing. From the staff, to the amenities, to the condo, everything was perfect. My only complaint is they make the security wear all black uniforms in the Florida heat.

We stayed for 4 nights with small children. It was a great stay! The staff was all so friendly and helpful. We did most all the activities provided which was also wonderful! This resort has much to offer on site really giving a day full without having to leave. We used the water park/pool area, playground, putt-putt, paddle boating, basketball, and volleyball. The art center even offered some additional paid activities. My kids made stuffed animals. - I would definitely recommend! They were doing construction on the front entrance which caused some confusion getting in the first time but nothing that couldn’t be worked around. Overall our place was clean and nice. Offered everything we needed.

Estuve con mi Familia, si quieres disfrutar con tus hijos y familia este es el lugar perfecto. Las villas son amplias y limpias. Nos gustó la estancia en el lugar, lo único que no nos agradó es que no nos dejaban poner música ni dentro del departamento pasadas las 10 y fuimos a vacacionar, el chico que trabajaba en el parque acuático no quería abrir el parque nuevamente a pesar de que la administración aprobó que abrieran y estábamos varias personas molestas por que vamos de vacaciones y nos tocó salir del lugar ya que no querían abrir la piscina después de una pequeña lluvia. Por lo demás súper bien muy limpio.

I have stayed in this property multiple timew throughout the years, but this time I left a bit dissapointed. The entrance and exit was a bit of a hustle because of the construction going on. Also, at the time of check in the staff wasnt as friendly and wasnt that helpful with the questions I had. I had made a reservation for a king size room and was given a queen size room. The next day I reach out the front desk and they told they had actually given me a queen instead of a king. They offered a free upgrade but since I was already settled and with two kids, we didnt want to move since we were checking out the next day. They tried make it right and offered that next time I stayed there, they will offer an upgrade free of charge. They also charged me half the resort the fee they had previously charged. I really hope they honor the free upgrade when I go back.

We stayed here with two children (11 and 8 years old). I was nervous from some of the reviews, but we had a wonderful stay! Our room was a one bedroom and our kids slept on the pull-out couch. Our first day we needed sheets and blankets for the pull-out couch so we told the front desk. Someone brought it to our room within an hour. Another day we needed more shampoo. I texted them and someone came within 15 mins. This place worked out great for us and most of the time were out doing things in FL. Disney and others were close enough, not a terrible drive! The pools were great! My kids loved the water park but also loved the single pools. We did take the boats out one of the days and had fun! They had some construction going on so coming in was a little annoying but not the end of the world. When we came, they did ask us about a timeshare at check-in, we said no thanks and they never asked us again. Place was clean, staff was nice. We would stay here again if coming back to the area.

It’s was nice didn’t have a upgrade room at first but something happened to my building so they upgrade my room it was a complete difference
