Nestled on 3 sprawling acres, this 4,800 sq ft masterpiece whispers tales of the past through its meticulously restored architecture and hand-picked furnishings. Each room unfolds a chapter of the house's rich tapestry, inviting you to become part of its captivating narrative.

This secluded oasis is just 18 minutes from downtown and comes equipped with everything you need for a good time without leaving.

Why go to the parks when you can stay here? We have bocce ball, a putting green, a pool, hot tub, lake access, and plenty of land!

The 2nd floor has 5 bedrooms:
The 20's room has a king bed and en suite bathroom
The 30's room has to twin beds, a shower, and a sink
The 40's room has a queen bed and en suite bathroom
The 50's room has a king bed and shared bathroom
The 60's room a full size bunk bed and shared bathroom

The 1st floor has has two sleeping areas:
The bridal suite has a full size bed and shared bathroom
The speak easy has two queen Murphy beds, two queen size blow up mattresses, and en suite bathroom

Total privacy around this 3 acre estate. Across the street is a church and caddy corner is a convenience store.

Plenty of parking on premises, the house is fully gated.

Although this is a wedding venue, we do not allow huge parties or ragers. This is checked via outdoor security cameras and property management. Message us for event fees. Guests caught hosting events without permission will be escorted off the property and forfeit their deposit.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, kindly be aware that smoking cigarettes or marijuana is prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of $200 per day.

This is an older home and is prone to maintenance issues. We do our best to correct issues quickly but please don’t expect perfection.

Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.

A security deposit of $700.00 is required and will be automatically authorized by putting a hold on the credit card 2 days prior to the arrival date.
