«This was the perfect little stay while we toured the town and nearby college. We had our two teenage daughters with us and the cottage was a perfect, cozy fit. Absolutely beautiful setting, and we loved the personal touches. VHS videos were a big hit! We even got early check-in, which was greatly appreciated for us weary travelers from Alaska.»

«Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)»

«The neighbourhood felt safe, the kitchen was great! Walking distance to a grocery store and a few restaurants. Only issues were the heating that didn’t work (but two spatial heaters were provided) and the internet was very inconsistant making it difficult to use for serious work. All in all great value for the price.»

«The cottage itself was exactly as pictured inside, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. However, we were a bit surprised by the backyard situation, which was the main reason we booked. The property details said it was a “private hideaway,” but the cottage is located behind another house, and much of the yard shown in photos is actually shared.
