This beautiful modern-decor apartment is centrally located for just about anything you could want on holiday. Literally, a few minutes walk to the Zenia Blvd Shopping Centre (largest outdoor shopping centre in Europe) where you can shop all day, dine at several restaurants of your choice, and the hiper market AL Campo to stock the fridge!

The apartment is on the 1st floor with a nice balcony at the entrance of the property to sit and simply enjoy the morning or evening with a nice glass of wine. On entering you have the living room which features a flat-screen TV with all European channels including a full UK TV package as well FREE HIGH-SPEED WIFI. The dining area for 4 is part of the living room. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen with all of the mod con's required for your holiday cooking as well as a dishwasher! The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes. There is a family shower room as well. The apartment has full air conditioning in all rooms.

What makes this apartment so special is the extremely large private solarium. There is a large seating area for 6 people, a separate dining area for 4 with a top-of-the-range gas BBQ. The best is the large Jacuzzi for 4 as well 4 sun loungers to enjoy the sun which you can get all day. Sunbathe in the day and enjoy the hot tub in the evening, Perfect! The community also has a communal pool if you can get out of the jacuzzi.

For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. If you are wanting to book your round of golf, contact us and we can take care of this through our several golf agents.

The apartment is a few minute's drive away from just about anything you could wish for. La Zenia beach is a short walk or can drive as well as the many restaurants and bars at the La Zenia roundabout, another huge choice including Paddy's Point.

You also visit the other commercial areas with ease to try something different such as Los Dolses, La Fuente and of course the World Famous Villamartin Plaza which is full of restaurants, bars and of course its well-known music lineups in the summer months.

The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.

As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice, and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right!

Vacances en famille

L’appartement est petit mais fonctionnel. Terrasse magnifique et ensoleillée du matin au soir. Jacuzzi, aucun manuel d’instructions, difficile à régler, trop de chlore, pique les yeux et fait tousser. Les matelas trop mous et anciens, surtout dans la petite chambre. Il pourrait y avoir davantage de linges de bain.

Few opportunities

Nice apartment well positioned. Some repairs required- shower arm coming away - new kettle as handle fell apart - shower drains need clearing out and some decorating and grouting needs attention - in fairness these were not reported as we just wanted to get on with our break.We would have benefited from some simple instructions on how to operate the jacuzzi/tv/cooker. All that said we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a pleasant environment and comfortable beds.

Ubicación perfecta, instalaciones y trato necesita mejorar mucho

Al llegar, nos cobraron 70 € de limpieza y supuesta lavandería de lujo, y nos encontramos con un apartamento descuidado, grasa en la campana, goteando, paredes muy sucias, la barbacoa con dos dedos de grasa y restos de mucho tiempo, en cuanto a las instalaciones no se corresponden las fotos, se muestra una mesa perfecta y nos encontramos una mesa oxidada y deteriorada, las sillas igual, las tumbonas rotas y rajadas, la columna de ducha de uno de los baños descolgada, armarios con las puertas rotas y salidas de las guías, electrodomésticos como la tetera con restos y desgastado, en malas condiciones. No repetiremos. Lo más importante es que cuando dimos parte, nos trataron fatal, despreciando nuestra queja y solo dejando una solución, "sino os gusta os váis", así nos trataron, una vergüenza.r

Experiencia para repetir

Desde el momento de la contratación hasta el día de salida ha sido maravilloso. Casey muy simpática y atenta y Graham un encanto también. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y en una ubicación perfecta tanto para ir a la playa (en coche) como para ir a comprar, con el centro comercial muy cerquita. La zona de l a terraza la verdad que es un lujo, está muy bien cuidada y disfrutamos mucho tanto con el jacuzzi como con la barbacoa. Sin duda si podemos, volveremos y además lo recomendamos al 100 %.

Great stay

We were met on arrival by Graham who showed us around. The apartment was very clean & tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchenware. Beds were extremely comfortable. Smart TV, which after two lessons with Graham we (technophobes) managed to view. The roof terrace was amazing with sunloungers, gas bbq, dining table & chairs & a hot tub. Graham was very quick & efficient with a small issue with a broken toaster & he replaced it with a new one immediately. La Zenia Boulevard is within walking distance with many shops & snack bars if you want to spend a day shopping. Other restaurants are a short walk away but the road can get busy. We loved our stay here.

Tastefully decorated, attractively lit apartment with fantastic roof terrace

Besides the roof terrace with private jacuzzi, we loved the bathrooms the most. In recent weeks we have booked 7 different holiday homes and for the first time we had a bathroom with a walk-in shower instead of showering in the bath. And finally no space-consuming bidet that we northerners have no idea how to use. And a soft close toilet seat, so nice. The beds are very spacious (a little too soft for our taste). Very tastefully lighting. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets. If you also replace the window coverings (which have been repaired with duct tape), it will be perfect.

The property was in a nice location near to all the bars and restaurants, the apartment complex does need a little TLC, painting in the bedroom , new bedding and may be new bed in the big room as was two beds pushed together Bedding was dated bathrooms needs tiles cleaned and new silicone but that’s just me may be be fussy, I do like things being clean and welcome feel when you go away But overall it was nice the guy that meet us there was very helpful but only down full was we had to be out for 10am and this is the first time we have had to be out that early when we go to Spain, But it was clearly stated so no issues there We had a great time overall

No complaints

Stayed for 9 nights. Location is perfect for convenience to supermarkets lidl 3mins by foot and Mercadona 6mins on foot. There are so many restaurants nearby and also the fantastic La zenia shopping centre is just around the corner. The apt itself was just perfect, comfy beds, plenty of storage space for your holiday clothes. Kitchen very well equipped, maybe a few more mugs, but no big deal. Living room spacious for the 3 of us and a good selection of tv programmes, my husband got to watch his football. Rooftop solarium was brilliant, I sat in the shade whilst the other two baked in the sun, it was so quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi was a real treat we did turn the temp to cool as it was so hot. We didn’t use the BBQ so cannot comment on that. Would I stay again? … most definitely!

Private terrace?????

The apartment was clean and nicely presented with everything you could want for a self catering holiday. The outdoor furniture was all very good as was the bbq and hot tub. My main problem with the apartment was that every time you wanted to use the solarium you had to lock the apartment up and go upstairs. The solarium is not what i would class as private by any means. The stairs is joint access to the solarium with no screening from your neighbours supposedly private solarium. Basicly there is no real divide between you and the neighbours and they can watch you in the hot tub, sunbathing or doing a bbq.

Absolutely loved our time in this apartment! Couldn’t ask for any better. You have everything you need in the apartment and around the vicinity. Casey and Graeme/Graham are brilliant from start to finish and very lovely people. Can’t wait to get back already and will definitely be staying here if available.
