    Welcome to Casa Mordi, a spacious and modern villa located in the popular Villamartin area on the Costa Blanca, about 15–20 minutes south of Torrevieja. The villa enjoys sun throughout the day and offers several outdoor areas perfect for relaxing holidays with family or friends.

    With generous indoor space and large outdoor areas, Casa Mordi is ideal for families, golf groups or friends travelling together who want to enjoy the Spanish climate, great food and nearby beaches.

    Many of our guests return year after year – which we take as the best compliment.

    Ground floor

    Entrance hall, kitchen, living room, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom and laundry room.

    First floor

    Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom also has access to a private balcony.

    Rooftop terrace

    A large terrace with sun loungers and seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun throughout the day.

    Outdoor living

    The villa has a large private outdoor area with sunbeds, outdoor furniture, plants and an outdoor shower. This is the perfect place to relax during the day and enjoy warm evenings outside.

    Right next to the property you will find a large shared swimming pool. From the garden it is only a few steps to the pool area, making it very easy to go back and forth during the day.

    Location – Villamartin

    Villamartin is one of the most popular holiday areas on the southern Costa Blanca. The area offers a relaxed atmosphere, great restaurants and a wonderful climate all year round.

    Villamartin Plaza, with many restaurants, cafés and bars, is located nearby.
    The large shopping centre Zenia Boulevard, with more than 150 shops and restaurants, is only a short drive away.

    Golf lovers will appreciate that several well-known courses such as:

    • Villamartin Golf
    • Las Ramblas
    • Campoamor

    are located just a few minutes away.

    Beaches

    The beautiful beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only about 10 minutes away by car. These beaches have been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for their clean water and high quality.

    Alicante Airport – approx. 45 minutes

Vacances reposantes

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé : quartier calme, piscine près du logement, logement spacieux avec grande terrasse. La plage se situe à 10 minutes environ en voiture et commerces à proximité.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut , hat uns sehr gut fallen. Es hätte ein bisschen besser geputzt werden von den vorherigen Mietern! Ansonsten toller Urlaub gewesen

Our stay at this property was overall very good. The apartment matched the photos accurately, the amenities functioned well, and the space was comfortable. The location was also convenient, which made our trip smooth and enjoyable. The only point for improvement would be the cleanliness of the sheets and bathrooms, as this did not fully meet expectations. Aside from that, everything was in order, and we would recommend the property to future guests.

Great property for the family of which there were 10 from 5 to 60 years.good outside space and great for the pool.All the equipment that we needed for the kitchen and bbq.The only down point was that it needs a good clean including the bbq that has not been cleaned for a while, we cleaned it up a bit to use it but I think previous tenants miss understood when it said clean after use in the villa manual.Enough of that small negative we thought it was value for money and give it 5stars.

Nice house, but …

The house itself is pretty good, also the equipment is ok. But unfortunately the house was not as clean as expected. Food from prior visitors was left in the kitchen. Dishes where not cleaned properly. Bathroom articles from prior visitors where also left. With a bit more of care, the house could be great.

Great villa

The villa is very nice and modern and great for families, with a wonderful terrasse and direct access to the pool. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is easy to find. It’s a short drive to the beach and supermarkets etc. Ronny, the owner, is a very nice person and an excellent host. We can really recommend the villa.
