Upon entering, you will find an open dining room, living room, and kitchen area. The dining table, to the left, can accommodate four people and is adorned with lovely decorations. An air conditioning unit above the table ensures even distribution of cool air throughout the space. The living room features a comfortable couch, coffee table, shelves, and a smart TV for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances and utensils, such as plates, glasses, pots, pans, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Other appliances include a stove, extractor, oven, toaster, water heater, and coffee machine. The master bedroom, accessible from the dining room, has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and a fitted cupboard. Its window faces the street.
