On the other hand, we will have the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre at 2.5 km, one of the best shopping centres in Spain. There you will find a wide range of shops of all types. Villamartín golf course is also very close, at 4 km.

The bus stop is 500 metres from the building, so you can go to any desired area.



In the surroundings, we have several pubs, nightclubs and other entertainment venues.



The environment is magnificent and very safe for children. The gardens are very beautiful and feature a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a children's pool.
