Communication was amazing, had the room ready for our late arrival, our little dog was so cute on the dog bed and all the cool snacks. It was a wonderful and lovely stay and I wish it wasn't a business trip. We would have stayed another evening.

Rosario Village
Yes, everything except the bathtub. When I took a shower I was standing in at least 2 inches of water backed up. My daughter pulled a ton of hair out of the drain. This should never happen.
