«Nearly everything was perfect -- A great location, clean unit, accurate description, comfortable beds, communication with the manager, etc. However, the property needed a couple of maintenance items--specifically underneath the kitchen sink was missing a small section of LVP flooring, the door trim above the king bedroom door had some water damage from the wall AC unit, and the bunk bed frame was fairly loose. «The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations.»

«We were participating in a paddling training camp at the Newport Aquatic Centre. It was a very comfortable space for 2 adults but could have fit 4 if needed. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as we were cooking healthy meals at home. Property manager was very responsive. Only took advantage of the included e-bike rental one day because we were otherwise busy - it was a wonderfully fun way to explore the area.»

«Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. «Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids.»

«Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down ...

«The shower head in the master bedroom leaks and needs to be replaced, a dead mouse was in the garage-we swept it to the street gutter and there were no Kleenex tissues in the house, a box would have been nice. Otherwise, we were very happy with the cleanliness and location. One block from the ocean can't be beat!»

«Enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. Place was clean and comfortable, communication with host company was great as well. It was a little bit noisey we found (its next to a park), but the convienence of the nearby shops and restaurants made it an ideal place. We had views of the ocean being up top (2nd floor), if you're on the ground floor the sand will likely block your water view. Did have someone park in our assigned parking on the last night, but we worked around that. I'd stay here ...
