«This was a great place to stay and very well decorated and clean! The host added nice touches and provided soaps and plenty of towels too. The only downside is that the neighborhood isn't as nice as the unit and she does state that you do have to go up a flight of stairs in the listing, but neither of those bothered us since we didn't do much in the place but eat dinner, shower and sleep (we were there to attend a hockey tournament) and are all very able bodied to carry our gear around. ...

«The property is exactly as advertised. We got there and the light fixture was leaking in one bathroom ceiling. We called a few minutes to 11pm as we had arrived late and they answered the phone and had maintenance and repair in the next morning. Great service, quiet property. We would stay again.»

«Great rental, with plenty of space. Close to disney and knotts which were our main reasons for visiting. We loved the location, space in the unit, we never felt cramped, the beds were very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub which is a short walk away. Also appreciated the attentiveness of the hosts. Shortly after check in time, they messaged making sure we were able to get in ok. «The house is nice and we found it clean. However… I tried to contact them regarding the location of the trash receptacles and no one would respond. They finally told me to just put it in the garage! Washer and dryer were broke but someone came to fix it.. I asked if that was successful and got no response. Needed extra trash bags and was told I need to go buy some! TP too!! «My Mom and were looking for a place on the beach and it sure was! It is right on the sand. You can’t get any closer. Plus it was so much quieter than down by the pier! The only thing I would say negative is the house needs a deep clean. Also some updates.»
