«洗剤が落としきれてないせいか、部屋のフローリングが滑るので危なかった。 また、台風後の宿泊だったため仕方ないと思うが、 風呂場や洗面台から出る水が汚かったので、 水が詰まる等発生して快適ではなかった。 朝食は種類が多く美味しかったので満足だった。ラウンジのクオリティは普通。»

«Very nicely beach resort on the beach, with nice rooms, nice pool area and nice beach area. Good variation of restaurants within walking distance. We did not bring kids, but it looks like the hotel has plenty of fun activities for children, including a fun kids’ pool area. The breakfast buffet is excellent.»

«I stayed in a a Club room, which was great. Club lounge was crowded during cocktail hours from 18:00 to 20:00, but one or two tables was always available. Decent spread of food, including hot chicken, sandwiches, cheese etc. Attentive waiters serving the tables with wine, beer and spirits. I had a minor issue with the room, and made a call noticing the front desk. Assistant manager of rooms, Glenda, promptly responded with sincere apologies, and even offered a free lunch (marvelous lobster roll ...

«I honestly did not think it lived up to the price. Room was fairly clean but not great. The bathroom was cleaned very well and had everything you could need. And a + the towels were fresh. The hotel itself is a little outdated and the halls to the rooms need work. Some open rooms with glass views of stored broken beds, chairs……also only one elevator was operational. But all in all the stay was Okay 👍.»

«We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!»

«beautiful view but horrible rooms. all amenities are closed, gym is full of mold, also the room itself is full of mold. you can feel the springs in the bed, the air conditioning is hardly on. front desk told me to book through expedia because if you book through the hotel itself it's way more expensive even with a military discount. left there yesterday and got sick that night. thankfully the staff did give me a refund»

«Th a/c runs properly during the typhoon. I give this review 3.5 out of 5 stars as it was missing indoor slippers, hardly hot water running, lamps not working properly and the ceiling have several dusts clinging on some areas.»

«Post storm staff failed to inform a.c wasn't working well, room was warm and smelled of mold. Room is dated and needs an upgrade as well as the bathroom. Additionally the towels and bath robes aren't soft at all. The Fitness center has old equipment and most weren't working well. The weights were dirty and there were no available paper towels or disinfectant to clean equipment before and after use. Staff were nice unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the property needing improvements. »

«The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight.»
