«Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.»

«when we checked in the hotel, my room was not cleaned up, at all. and room for my friend was not clean also... front staff are frindly almost of people but a old lady was not... such a few disappointed staff make us bad impression. facilities are very old... and not beautiful. but just to sleep at the hotel, it's no problem. from downtown, it's very far... without taxi, we could not do anything. in future, if we have chance to visit Guam, we will not chose the hotel.»

«Very nicely beach resort on the beach, with nice rooms, nice pool area and nice beach area. Good variation of restaurants within walking distance. We did not bring kids, but it looks like the hotel has plenty of fun activities for children, including a fun kids’ pool area. The breakfast buffet is excellent.»

«we loved the hotel, was a bit disappointed when checking out. we got charged for a dinner that we didnt even go. the front desk agent did not persue the situation and insisted us to have an authorization because we are checking out. and would like to resolve the charge. i find that the her urgency to resolve was a bit disappointing, checking out at 11am and the restaurant was open, and her answer was it was closed.. i know for sure the restaurant was serving lunch, besides, she should hav ...

«The rooms were clean and the staff on site were great and always friendly. My kids loved the kids club. The staff at the kids club are so great with the kids. The variety of pools are so great too so there is something for everyone. There are a lot of activities throughout the water park and hotel. The only downside if this hotel is the distance from the lobby to the different towers. It's quite a walk but is really not something that should keep you from booking here. There is a garage ...

«I stayed in a a Club room, which was great. Club lounge was crowded during cocktail hours from 18:00 to 20:00, but one or two tables was always available. Decent spread of food, including hot chicken, sandwiches, cheese etc. Attentive waiters serving the tables with wine, beer and spirits. I had a minor issue with the room, and made a call noticing the front desk. Assistant manager of rooms, Glenda, promptly responded with sincere apologies, and even offered a free lunch (marvelous lobster roll ...

«Enjoyed the place. Central to all my meetings.»

«It's in a good location walking distances to restaurants, groceries ATM McDonald's. Friendly staff as well.»

«I don’t like the bathroom it gets so flooded the tiles so slippery. They need to remodel the shower or add a glass door?»
