«The house was nice and convenient to RIT (Rochester Inst of Technology) as we attended graduation ceremonies. Lots of room to spread out with a nice kitchen, LR/DR. Bathrooms in nice shape and the laundry room was convenient. Others have described the "somewhat busy street" ; however, you don’t hear any road noise from inside. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. And, the owner is great as we needed some dining suggestions and they were super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.»

«Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.»

«The property was clean and close to the water front. The neighborhood is quiet I felt safe. I had a small bump getting in property after I reached out to owners there was a timely response I was able to access property. I lived that the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a meal pots,bowls, coffee maker and pods.I felt at home.»

«Though older, the property is well kept and very clean. Even with 9 people, there was plenty of room and we were even able to easily manage with one bathroom. The town is very nice and was within easy walking distance. Great place to stay with a large group.»

«Three generations stayed here while visiting Rochester family. The space was comfortable and convenient. Off street parking available for three cars. Location only blocks away from a nice walking park and also a smoothie place down the street at the corner. Convenient to downtown but quiet and tree lined. Highly recommended.»
