«Location & size of property very good. Access was no problem. House in need of deep clean,fusty smell,needs an airing,dirty bedding & carpets,shower head clogged. Listed as non smoking, definitely wasnt. Owner admits to smokers using property & use of heavy air freshners. Was thanked by owner for leaving property very clean and tidy then after i highlighted issues was accused of leaving dog poo on a bed. Owner apologised for dirty thin bedding saying he had just purchased new the day we left ...

«Worst experience ever! Host was so bad, wouldn’t communicate. We had to chance for the access details. We traveled over 3 hours to turn up after a day at Alton towers around 7.30pm to find the access details were wrong. After chasing for the correct ones we found that the property wasn’t what we paid for. We had 3 adults and 7 children (10people) and there were only 2 double beds and a single to sleep 5. The property was a lovely house but not listed as only having space for 5 people to sleep. ...
