«The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty »

«Our ac kept switching on its own to heat so we had to keep getting up to fix it bc it got hot.They offered to switch us to another room but being that we were 6 people and to have to switch all our stuff was a no for me.The pool seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months maybe even years and we heard from another visitor that it hadn’t been that way when they last visited over a yr and half before.Staff was great but I honestly wouldn’t stay there again»

Was confused by the room thermostat and the window A/C as to what controlled what, my sister had an adjoining room and her AC worked well because she only had the thermostat on the wall. Other than that the area was great, plenty of food options and easily accessible to the highway. Would def stay here again»

«The bed was confortable with a big tv. The bathroom was awful and the fridge was broken. Went to breakfast early morning, they had no eggs. We had to wait for the guy on the counter to cook them, no orange juice, they forgot to put it on, it was frozen and said we had to wayit 25 minutes to thaw out. Overall it was a 2 star hotel»

«There were very limited hotel options because of a large event that weekend, and this was the last non-smoking room available. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. The front desk clerk was kind and offered air freshener since there were no other rooms available. «Listen, we didn't expect 5 stars across the board for the price. This place is a motel in an area of town that is well past it's prime. The wifi is slower than DIAL UP. The TV didn't work and the shower water pressure was drip, drip drip. You make your decision, I knew what to expect when I got the room.»

«the outdoor pool was not clean it felt yucky, the a/c would barely cool down it felt really sticky inside the room, it does have an old smell. the front desk lady was the sweetest , we did not get to attend breakfast. the rooms are clean , bathrooms are clean a little outdated forsure. they do have shampoo, conditioner, body wash , had no problem getting extra towels and blankets& toilet paper. it's a 50/50 definitely needs to be updated and ac fixed and the pool needs cleaning especially ...
