«Shower head in room sprayed ceiling, every time someone else would open a door, our when others would open the doors to other rooms, our room door would clunk back and forth in the latch plate, even when d-bolted. The lady down at restaurant in morning was not very helpful, I asked for coffee and she pointed to the empty containers and said “the coffee is free” and I had to remind her I just stated the coffee was empty. «Kakerlakker på gulv og krypende oppover veggene på rommet, vi fikk nytt rom uten kakerlakker, men også dette var ikke godt renholdt. Rommene var minst 40 grader varm ved ankomst, og tok hele natten på å bli levelig å sove i. Alt i alt IKKE et hotel som birde promoteres av dere»

«Room was clean and spacious. Staff were great, everyone from the check in lady to the housekeeper was amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid but the waiting can be long, which shows just good it actually was. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Parking was close but can be competitive to find the best spot, it definitely needed a few more handicap parking spaces to accommodate all guests who require such parking. «Check-in was quick and easy. The young lady at the desk was very polite & knowledgeable, explained all the amenities. Offered us complimentary popcorn for the kiddos. The pool was the best. Just the right temperature for jumping straight in. There is a bathroom & shower in the pool area which made it very convenient. Breakfast was hot, with a variety to choose from. The hotel itself is right off the highway, with a Denny’s & convenience store next door. We will definitely stay here ...
