He led me to the front where I could have the lady walk me through the room to see if it looked different from the outside and it did. «So terrible i didnt even stay - paid for 2 rooms, person who had second room didnt have his drivers license and the desk clerk was so rude and unhelpful. Clerk also told the gentleman who checked in before me that check in was 3 pm but they dont guarantee your room will be ready you have to wait. She said they didnt have any clean sheets or towels so he would have to wait until they finished the room to check in. «The rooms do not look like the photos shown on Expedia. While the general layout was similar, the actual condition of the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bed covers, and the room had a strong mildew smell. The caulking around the shower was completely gone, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained.
