«Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer ...

«A very comfortable, functional, convenient and modern place to stay in the hills and vineyards near Bolzano. Friendly staff and a very tasty breakfast. A great place to overnight or stay a few extra days.»

«Fantastic service. Excellent dining and local beers. Great hospitality from owner Heidi 👌👏👏»

«Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten unser Zimmer bereits vor dem eigentlichen Check in beziehen. Auch die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher und geschützt unterstellen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.»

«Good service, but the hotel smelled old and the offerings where ‘20 years out of date’»

«We booked a one week stay at Sparerhof without any previous knowledge, neither about the hotel or the location. It turned out to be a very positive experience due to the helpfulness and good service provided by Andreas and his family. If you want a different menu than what is offered by the hotels restaurant, there is a good pizza resturant within a 5 min walking distance from the hotel. Cable car to the higher areas is only 10 minutes away from the hotel.»
