«Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach ...

«We ended up staying only one night although we had booked 5 nights. The location and amenities were fine, but the fact that the bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom down a rather steep flight of stairs, was something we hadn't expected and weren't comfortable with (bad knees). Also of note is that to get to the second bedroom, one has to walk through the first bedroom; and the upstairs could also be cooled only with a (very loud) standing air conditioner in the second bedroom. Luckily it was ...

«It’s very reasonable for the price, quite cozy. Communicating with the owner was very pleasant and always quick to respond. Only downside was parking. The place has 6-7 units and parking is very limited, sometimes you get a parking spot and then the next time you’re trying to figure out where to park. The units are well numbered although be nice to have a little direction of where to enter. Overall, nice stay, clean and very close to anything you may need.»

«This is a pet friendly cottage with close proximity to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and amusements of Old Orchard Beach. The property is VERY rustic but very clean with a lot of towels and comfortable beds. Our biggest complaint is that the internet is weak and unreliable. This is a problem for anyone who needs to work remotely or if your kids want to watch TV on a rainy day or in the evening. This property met most of our basic needs.»

«Listing states 10 can stay. That would be very tight. The kitchen is very small and only 4 could really fit in it. The apartment had a foul smell throughout the stay. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud. We were woken up at 7:00 AM by someone running throughout the upstairs apt. for 3 hours!! The positive-it seemed clean, it was fairly close to the beach.»

«Just spent an amazing week in this unit with my family of 5. (adults) The unit is clean and comfortable with modern kitchen appliances and bath fixtures. Modern ductless A/C in every room kept things cool and comfy during a very hot week. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, etc. Great location - literally steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and the pier. «The condo was clean and as advertised. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Great location with easy walk to beach and restaurants. Our only frustration was that communication with management was significantly delayed for needs related to the unit that needed to be addressed. If communication hadn’t been so poor, this would be a 5 star rating. »

«While the location and the apartment being pet friendly was a plus, everything else was, at best, a surprise. Our main issue with this location is that it is listed as a two bedroom, but it’s not disclosed that the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom. Imagine a large primary bedroom with a giant walk-in closet, but that giant closet has now been converted into a second bedroom. Additionally, the bathroom downstairs was difficult to maneuver and the water pressure and ...
