«The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was ok. The description said pet friendly and the picture I saw it had a small yard. But the yard is gone and there is not anywhere for a dog, you have to go the next street over to the basketball court to find grass. The showers could use grab bars for the floors in them are slippery and there is nothing to hang onto. And it is definitely not a place for someone who has disablities.»

«This house is divided into three different units. We rented all three to accommodate our group. Unit A has all 3 bedrooms on the upper floor but the only bathroom is on the ground floor. The stairs are narrow and a litttle steep so it was a little difficult with some mobility issues. Unit B is on one level but the bedroom is small and one side of the bed is against a wall which makes it difficult fto get out of bed whenr two people are sleeping. «The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. «The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room.»
