«For the price, and the astronomical host fees, I don’t think this property lived up to it. They would not give us the door code until 4pm sharp unless we paid extra, so even 1/2 early arrival guests had to sit in the car and wait. The house was nice, but not super clean. Some of the dishes were in the cabinets dirty, lots of things were over looked by the cleaning company. Nice proximity to town, but not worth the money in my party of 7’s opinion. »

«The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room.»

«The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures.
