"The property is very close to all popular destinations. Breakfast was basic and good enough to start the day. Every staff I interacted with was kind and helpful. I'd recommend if you are looking for a place to just rest after a long day, but don't expect worldly comforts."

"It's a cute place. Some parts smaller in person than in the pictures. Love the Kitchen. The air conditioning felt great since we had a heatwave. Question about parking and Cara answered immediately! North Fork Resort
"Clean rooms. On the smaller side, so one full room barely comfortably seats 4 ppl. the pool was nice. the staff was very nice. comes with an outdoor seating area and a grill and a fire pit."

"Beautiful place and reasonably priced for a roomy two bedroom with outdoor deck on the water with great views and very short walk to beach. Contactless checkin was convenient via text and email. Short drive to Kontakosta winery and Greenport Village."
