«The house was really clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of lounging chairs. The kitchen had the essentials to make ourselves breakfast. «I was visiting my daughter at UMKC and this property was just a mile from there. It was a perfect location to get to the college, the Plaza, and the Nelson Atkins Museum. This third floor apartment has been tastefully restored and decorated. My daughter and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again!»

«We appreciated being close to trolly, freeway access and other attractions. The precise neighborhood itself isn't much of a destination, nor walkable. The unit and the location can be noisy, take note if you are sensitive to city noises, or sounds from an upstairs resident. The unit has lots of supplies and extras, which we appreciated. Comfortable and clean. We would stay here again if a return trip to KC ever comes up.»

«The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. «Nice city view, great location, clean , roomy and comfortable, but bring your patience. Apartment door was extremely capricious and keycard for front door and elevator could also be tedious. Got locked in the elevator when the card couldn’t be read. Doors closed and the car kept moving. There IS a help button, but you must be fluent in deciphering drive thru gibberish to understand what the out of city operator is saying. Small misadventures but great once you clear all of the doors.»
