The heat an air worked when it wanted to. There was mold on the ceiling in the restroom. Show in there site the have breakfast refrigerator an microwave. Which at the window where u have to check inn at theres a note written that says read all signs before check in. An they say no breakfast no refrigerator no microwave must pay deposit. Also say not an extended stay but 5 days or more requires $150,0. Dollar deposit then at check in was told the deposit was not for the entire stay but per day . Which is crazy but when I tried gettibg a refund was told no that i would have to just stay or not only loose my refund but the cost of the room as well. I saidcso what your saying is i shouls go buy my own bleach an get rid of the mold an bug myself or loose all the money im out for this room the woman from expedia said thanks for your understanding. But we can offer you 25. Oon ur next trip since we value you as a customer. Like 25 or another room does anything when i would be out 180. If i had chose to leave
