Mail & Packages: You may have mail and packages delivered to the property during your stay. However, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered items.
Maintenance: Please report any maintenance issues to us promptly. While we will respond as quickly as possible, refunds will not be issued for non-emergency issues with appliances, plumbing, HVAC, or internet service.
