"Room and facilities are all good. So is the restaurant. I only have one comment after several stays at your hotel and that is the TV in the rooms. Its very very old style and not good anymore. It's flickering and the menu system is all locked for watching private movies etc. Very poor quality TV from what a guest expect these days. We love to sit in your garden however and for respecting people that still are on to smoking habits."

"Hotel is new. Can still smell the fresh paint around the hotel. My famiy is there for mother’s day celebration and the place is full packed! 😳 But inspite of a lot of guests that day, we got all the help we needed. Clean, and friendly staff. We are satisfied 😊"

"The beds and pilows were good. The walls are paper thing though, and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. The room was not modern, but was well taken care of and clean. Good towels. Breakfast was horrible, mostly just filipino stuff, so if you like a good western breakfast, forget about it. I left early in the morning around 9 and when I came back around 13:30, my room was still not cleaned (even though I requested cleaning). They came to clean it upon request to reception, which took 30+ minutes, and then they removed one of the towels, which the reception then asked if I had taken with me during check out. The location is walking distance to Intramuros, however the area is horrible (especially for solo women travelers) and I definitely regret not staying in Makati City. Reception said they gave me an unpgrade during check out, but I don’t see how the room was different from what I booked, except that I booked a double bed and got 2 single beds due to the «upgrade»."
