«The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was fair/okay, some of the bread and muffins were stale but the scrambled eggs and waffles were great. Also not a lot of seating for breakfast. The pool and pool area were mostly clean and good for family swimming. The staff were friendly and personable. Overall it was a very nice hotel and a great value.»

«The room was spectacular. I stayed in room 243. It was very well furnished for the price. I would say that it was one of the best hotel rooms I stayed at in New hampshire. This room came equipped with a refrigerator, and induction stove top, a full microwave with exhaust
fan, sink and dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans.
The bathroom is very spacious with a large shower and a very large sink. There was a decent size TV , a small table with a chair at it for eating or work ...

«The staff were super friendly! Breakfast was fresh fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, granola, juice, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Very good! The property is in the best location! Walkable to dining, shopping, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and the beach. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and looking forward to our next stay!»
