«I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. The bathrooms were in poor condition, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was dirty with debris, and the property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. «Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host.»

«Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions. There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.»

«I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this place! 😁 We were looking specifically for a house rather than an apartment since we have three little ones, all 4 and under, with our youngest being just shy of one month old. We came along with my husband on his work trip, so having a private place all to ourselves was a must. I have to mention how incredibly CLEAN everything was! The floors are always one of my biggest concerns because we don’t wear shoes in the house, and I was ...
