A maximum of 6 humans including kids and infants. No parties , no event no daytime or evening visitors. No more than the exact number of people indicated on your reservation. There is parking for two small to mid-size cars (with exception of the month of July for which we only have one spot). Other cars would need to park off property in public lots. Rentals are for a minimum of two nights and a maximum of 30 days. Sorry no animals or service animals due to owner allergy. No AC - ceiling fans only.
