Up one flight of stairs from street level, and occupying the entire top floor. Private beach access is granted via gate on street level, down one flight of stairs.

The only shared spaces with Unit A and Unit B are the two-car garage (one space for each unit - large SUV will not fit), the driveway, and the private beach area.
