PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Situated right across the street from the wide beach and ocean, this single-level 4BR/4BA condo features expansive views from two ocean-facing decks. This second-story property is crafted with tile floors, wood beam ceilings, and plantation shutters. Enjoy access to The Isles Resort seasonal amenities - including a tiki bar, oceanfront pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and restaurant.

When youre not frolicking in the delightful water right outside your door, play a round of golf at the dozens of courses in the area, or try your hand at surfcasting for striped bass.

LIVING AREA

When its time to relax, youll find a comfy sofa, two recliners, and an armchair with ottoman. A 49 flat screen TV, DVD player, and an array of books and board games provide plenty of entertainment.

A second-story balcony is accessed via the fourth bedroom and provides partial ocean views.

The Isles Resort Pool & Tiki Bar amenities include a seasonal (Memorial Day to Labor day) pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and on-site restaurant located approximately 100 yards from the property.

Tandem parking is available for four vehicles (two covered and two uncovered). A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. This building has elevator access.
