«I have stayed in many units in this community through the years. This condo was not at all as presented. Condo was dirty and in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. Dirty grout in the master shower, dirty floor grout, dust in closets, dirty baseboards, and dirty kitchen drawers (hair in the silverware drawer). Would not stay in that unit again. Very disappointed! »

«We had a great worry free vacation. The condo was clean and very roomy. The full kitchen was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very family friendly which made for a good nights sleep. The pool area was fanstatic and very relaxing. Plenty of tables & lounge chairs to sit around and relax. The area was very quiet and had very clean areas to walk your pet. Pet care stations were also located throughout the complex just incase you were to run low on supplies and the ...

«Great property and amazing views as always. This was our 8th year staying at Inlet Point Villas and it never disappoints. The point is a great shelling spot! The owner was extremely detailed and helpful on how to get into the building etc. Unit was nicely updated, our kids enjoyed the bunk bed. TV’s in every room. Don’t forget towels and sheets, everything else is provided! Well stocked with all sorts of kitchen necessities. Make sure to bring extra paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. ...

«The view was great as well as the layout of the condo. AC worked perfectly and the bed was extremely comfortable. That being said I need to bring up the negative…it is in need of some minor repairs as well as a deep cleaning. I did reach out to the management company to make them aware of my concerns.»

«This listing is inaccurate. It only sleeps 6 not 8! The place had blood on the sheets and nasty yellow stains on the pillows. Stains on walls and curtains!. Was not clean at all. I spent hours washing their sheets. Pet beds in the closet even tho no pets allowed. So if you have an allergy do not book this place.
3rd floor unit with no elevator. BEWARE.
Host acknowledges it only sleeps 6 even tho the listing says 8 and let's you book 8. Host doesn't make it right at all!! Do not stay here.»
