«We had a great stay. The house was clean and had lots of lovely light. The backyard was perfect for the kids who enjoyed the basketball court. The kitchen had everything you’d ever need, no shortcuts here. It was lovely to cook in and the plates etc were of a high quality. Bathrooms were also great. Kids beds were uncomfortable, but other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Nice location.»

The house was perfect and our wedding photos getting ready on the day are stunning with this house as the backdrop! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to host our friends/family for a few nights away. The host Tim was also excellent.»

«This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property. It has everything we want and need, as well as being dog friendly.. Close to wineries, it makes an ideal spot for a weekend getaway! We love that there is a lot of space, a lovely entertaining area out the back, and modern appliances. Pat is wonderful to deal with… We will be back!»

«We had a great stay with friends. House was good size for a multi-family stay and the pool is great for kids as our 6 year olds could easily stand up. Kitchen is set up with all plates and utensils, you just need to bring food including pantry basics. Short drive to local beaches and shops in Rye. Solid value for money option and very clean and tidy.»

«The house was lovely and resembled the photos in every way. Two families stayed on the property and the layout ensured that each family had privacy and their own space, bedrooms and bathroom. The house was very well equipped with crockery, serving platters and cutlery. When the family arrived the lights and heating were on and gentle music was playing which was a nice touch and a warm welcome. The only issue I have is that I could not control the weather as the pool was cold for the children. ...
