This property comes fully furnished, does not permit pets or smoking and is advertised for a Winter Rental available October 1st through April 30th at $1050 per month.
Basic Cable, Internet, Water & Sewer, and Trash will be included.
Tenant is responsible for electric.
Move-in expenses include 1st month's rent and a security deposit.

Please know any rental under 120 days is considered a short-term rental (reservation). All terms and conditions of a vacation rental apply including cleaning fees and applicable taxes.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Upon arrival, I was surprised to see when I was walking around in socks, and my grandson was crawling around on the floor that my socks were black, as well as my grandson‘s knees were black. The floors were very dirty, and I had to go buy slippers to wear within the property. As far as the kitchen supplies, there was a plug-in electric frying pan a pot with a lid and a few bowls. Plenty of knives however they all needed sharpened. Please note I’m not complaining however I would talk to your cleaning people because the counters were not cleaned off as well as the floors definitely were not clean . We love staying at the plaza. It’s a great condominium hotel. We stayed in multiple units there and I would go back and stay at the plaza again however I’m not sure I would stay at this property. As far as convenience for guests more kitchen supplies would be helpful to actually cook dinners for a big family While you’re there and the cleanliness of the place is disappointment I’m not even complaining. They’re just disappointments. Overall had a great day because we love the beach and any day good or bad rain or cold at the beach is still a day at the beach so for that we were thankful , thank you for allowing us to stay at your property

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza with one major exception. The clothes dryer didn't work at all. A repair person came out and said the motor was shot. I understand these things happen and can't always be planned on. But in this case we noticed a previous comment from a past customer noting there was something wrong with the dryer. We phoned prior to booking our reservation and were told the dryer had been repaired. Normally this would not have been that big of a deal -- but we had 3 grandchildren with us (all under 7 years old) and their mother packed clothes for them very lightly since she thought she would be able to wash and dry their clothes. We had to hang clothes all over the condo including the balcony so they would dry out. I have several pictures I could share if that is necessary. I'm hoping that won't be needed. I'm hoping that VRBO or the owner (or both) will provide us with a credit on our stay or a credit toward a future stay. This really was a major inconvenience. We enjoyed the location and the condo other than that. Also, the staff at the Plaza were very friendly and helpful. Would consider staying again in the future.

Cleanliness of property was just ok. Dust was noticeable and dishwasher still had dirty dishes in it from previous renters. Was told numerous times that a small gift bag with some toilet paper and other toiletries would be provided, however this was not true. Kitchen is beautiful and updated. Would highly recommend property owner getting new couch and dining table to match the updates as they are very outdated. Booked late so this was only option left for the days we were there. Was fine, but just OK. After searching for other properties in the same building (Plaza), found much nicer condos for same or less price so will stay elsewhere next year.

Unit was great. We wished more people followed the mask preferred policy in the lobby and elevators.

In a non-Covid timeframe, I would say it was perfect. In this Covid- Delta variant time, I was disappointed that employees as well as other guests were not honoring the mask preferred guidelines. We are 70+ and vaccinated. I am a healthcare provider. Only one person- an employee — did not exit the elevator when asked to mask.

Nice spot…

The location is great, the amenities are nice, we love that the condo is updated (except the furniture). Those things are most important I think. Other notes… a little more pricey than we’re used to but I assume that has something to do with recovering from prior COVID shutdowns. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired, the headboards of the beds in the first room seem like they’re about to come off, the dryer is TERRIBLE. But we had a great trip and would stay at this place again.
