The house is beautiful and was very clean with gorgeous views of the beach! However, we were disappointed about a few things when we arrived. There was NO soap anywhere in the house, not even bar soap in any of the 7 bathrooms or the kitchen. We all needed to go to the bathroom after traveling and had to use face wash that we brought to wash our hands! The wrong size sheets were on several of the beds and we had to switch most of them. We only received 1 small, thin bath towel per person. There is a pool at the house, but if you didn't bring a towel, you had to use your 1 bath towel to dry off. There was only 1 kitchen towel provided even though there are 2 sinks in the kitchen and no hand towel for the half bath. I also requested early check in on Monday (we arrived on Thursday) and was told there was no way to communicate that to the cleaners so it would not be allowed. We arrived about 30 minutes before check in, the cleaners had already been there so I called to see if we could get in and was told it was not possible because the door code was not activated until 4pm. At 4pm, we tried the door code and it did not work. I called and the person reset the code with me while I was on the phone, I wonder why that couldn't be done when I called at 3:30. Overall, the house is lovely, but I'm not sure I would rent it again due to the issues described above.
