«Love the place and Naomi was great to work with. Only issue and not a big deal, remodeling on the house next to us so there was building materials and contractor trash on that side of the house. But in all honesty, had no impact to our stay. Location for us was perfect.»

«4th year we have stayed here. My sister from Maine & my daughter and i had 14 days of beautiful view, the breezy warm weather. We love lookingat the pier at night with the lights over the water. The beach is peaceful also. A few people walking dogs, some small groups sitting out. We love looking for unique shells! We are planning next years visit here.»

«An older beach house but very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We brought our golf cart but there were no electrical outlets down stairs to charge the batteries. Very beautiful scenery from the living room and back porch.»

«This charming 3 BR 2BA is perfect for our young grandchildren. The distance to beach was not too far for a wagon ride(which one was available but we took our own). April is perfect time to visit as weather was perfect. Plenty of towels, Kurig was a sweet surprise, and all the necessity appliances worked!»

«Our family found the Ferguson Cottage the perfect spot to recharge. Lovely views of the natural space across the way and the occasional boat passing buy. The porch was a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon reading and the dock was perfect for a bit of catch & release fishing too! Our host was a great communicator and even pointed us to a great bait shop for supplies and tips for fishing in the intercostal waterway. We’ll be back!»
