Featuring an incredible blend of outdoor living areas and beautiful interior spaces, the TipSea Pelican is the ultimate destination to unwind and relax in coastal bliss. This home has it all — from the spectacular backyard oasis with a private saltwater pool to an abundance of amenities. It's situated only a short stroll to the beach, right down the road from the Scenic Walkway, and less than a mile away from the Ocean Crest Pier. Plus, beach gear is available to make your days at the beach effortless.

As soon as you step into this home, you'll be charmed by the bright open floor plan, calming coastal decor, and gorgeous 15-foot vaulted ceilings! The white slipcovered sofas in the living area are arranged around a brick fireplace that is ideal for cozying up to enjoy your favorite TV shows or movies together. There's even a wet bar that makes it easier than ever to serve drinks and snacks. The fully-equipped kitchen is every chef's dream with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, and bar seating for up to 3 guests. When it's time to eat or play board games, there's plenty of seating at the dining table, which comfortably seats up to 6 people. There is also a queen sleeper sofa where you can relax with additional guests.

This main floor boasts two beautiful screened porches — a front porch that runs the entire length of the home and has ample seating, including rocking chairs. The remaining bedrooms are all located on the top floor and provide tranquil spaces to unwind after a long day soaking up the sun at the beach or exploring the area! The primary suite offers a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the backyard. It has a spa-like ensuite bathroom offering an expansive walk-in shower and dual vanity. All bedrooms have roku TVs for your convivence to watch your favorite shows wherever you are! At the end of the hallway, you'll discover two additional bedrooms — each furnished with plush queen-size beds and connected by a spacious bathroom boasting a shower. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

Fantastic Vacation

The property was every thing we could hope fore. The living quarters were spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and yard were comfortable and had all toys and games for the family. Will stay again.
