The Space:

On the top floor, you'll find two king bedrooms offering coastal comfort and space to catch up on your Zs. Additionally, the top level boasts a charming bunk bed with a twin on top and a full-size bed below, perfect for families and siblings, or groups of friends.



Relish the coastal breeze on our wrap-around porch. Kids can lead their own conversations at the kiddie picnic table, while adults enjoy delightful outdoor meals at their own full size table. The large carport area is a haven for relaxation, featuring a hammock swaying under the shade of oak trees and another picnic table for casual gatherings.



Parking is a breeze with space for up to 4 cars. Inside, a fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. Feel free to whip up your favorite meals or snacks while enjoying the company of your loved ones. There is plenty of space in the yard and carport for kids and adults alike to let out their last remaining energy from the beach day. If you're looking for a fun way to travel the island, nearby golf carts are available for rental and drop off at the house!

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Whether you're in the mood for a day at the beach, a leisurely stroll along the waterway, or exploring the charm of Oak Island, everything is conveniently close.

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
