Welcome to your beach retreat! This spacious home offers easy access to the beach (5 mins via golf cart) and a serene setting. Enjoy inclusive entertainment in the open floor plan layout, with cozy bedrooms and a separate lower level master bedroom. Start your day on the screened in porch, then head to the beach via your 6-person golf cart (separate rental required) with beach chairs. Relax in the backyard with a firepit or explore the all the great places in Oak Island or Southport. Book your stay for the best Oak Island experience!

HOUSE RULES-
- NO SMOKING/vaping on the property
- No Parties or Events
- Please be respectful of the neighbors as most of them are full time residents. Town of OKI quiet hours are 11pm-7am.

Did you know that we offer a golf cart rental?

It is SO much fun to cruise to the beach on our 2022 SIX PASSENGER street legal golf cart. It has a beach chair rack on the back and built in bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite music!

Golf cart rates: $80 a night (which includes $20 a day beach parking pass)

We will need a signed copy our golf cart waiver and usage guidelines. Golf cart is rented for the whole duration of your stay.
