«Wanting to keep this amazing place as a secret for myself but it is the only place you should choose when visiting tetebatu. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. The property is so peaceful and calming. The food was a standout from my whole trip across Lombok including delicious dinner and breakfast. «This was an excellent place to stay and amazing value for money - the room was spacious, and clean with a comfortable bed and air conditioning and a private bathroom The hostess, Ocha, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful and ready to assist with anything you might need. She provided a good breakfast (included in the price) and recommended a local driver who took me to a nearby cave for swimming on my last day then dropped me at the airport.»

«Clean, good vibe, quiet, homely, feeling welcome. Amazing food and staff. Perfect for our Family with 3 small kids. The kids are so welcome by everyone. Perfect size pool in a calm beautiful garden. Very clean. The restaurant is perfect for a calm meal and the kids don’t have to sit still. Perfect location by the best snorkeling and swimming. Calm sea. But the absolute cherry on top is the lovely people who work here. I hope we will be back sometime! »

«Staff could not be more helpful. We had a great snorkle trip organised from the staff and easy taxi services from the property. Lovely pool and nice rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Minimal access to full bar menus in the general vicinity so if you want more than beer better to self cater before arrival. Would recommend staying here for a relaxed base to visit great reef systems and smaller island trips.»

«The staff is super nice but the hotel was disappointing: we cannot hang by the pool, the bathroom was not clean with water everywhere, there was no space to put our things and there was a very disturbing chemical sent sprayed automatically all day and night long. Finally, it was very noisy: we could hear a party, the family living next door and the nearby mosque. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.»

Our room was always clean and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and happy to help with anything we needed. The evening shows and live music made the atmosphere even more cozy and enjoyable. We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Kardia Resort again when we come back. "I have not had the chance to explore the area around the airport or compare it with other nearby hotels. This is a decent hotel for a one-night stay before a flight, but I would not choose it for a vacation. The price was low, so I felt I got good value for the money. One major advantage was the complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient. The rooms are adequate, but I had an issue with the air conditioning in my first room. A maintenance technician came to inspect it, but they were unable to fix the problem. Situations like this take time and inevitably affect the overall guest experience. In my opinion, the hotel should have better control over such issues and provide guests with a new room much more quickly when problems like this occur."
