«We loved staying at the Konkret, the staff were so friendly and the food was great, while a limited menu we were happy with our daily breakfast. The location was good, just away from the hussle of the main street but an easy few min walk. The downstairs area was nice to relax in, no issues with bugs, my only comment would be we all struggled with the firm mattress. We would love to stay again and home to revisit!»

«Arriving on Gili i was not aware that there was no cars or bikes all push bikes and horse and carts. The villa had a lovely out door living area and private pool. I unfortunately had a fall on the first night of my stay and banged my head which cut my time at the property short. The staff were lovely and really helpful when i had explained i had hurt myself. "Veldig bra beliggenhet. Rolig område. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Store rom med god plass til baggasje mm. Sengene er veldig harde. Men jeg liker harde senger og sov kjempegodt. Så det var perfekt for meg. «Gili nut» som dessert i restauranten er deres spesialitet. Må prøves. Sticky rice, iskrem mm."

"I have not had the chance to explore the area around the airport or compare it with other nearby hotels. This is a decent hotel for a one-night stay before a flight, but I would not choose it for a vacation. The price was low, so I felt I got good value for the money. One major advantage was the complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient. The rooms are adequate, but I had an issue with the air conditioning in my first room. A maintenance technician came to inspect it, but they were unable to fix the problem. Situations like this take time and inevitably affect the overall guest experience. In my opinion, the hotel should have better control over such issues and provide guests with a new room much more quickly when problems like this occur."
